Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order, no minimum.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 7–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Because every piece is one-of-one and the studio is mid-move, delivery can occasionally take longer — please allow up to 14 business days before reaching out.
Shipping outside the US. Most orders go to addresses in the United States, but I can ship farther afield too — checkout will confirm whether I can reach yours. Anything heading overseas takes longer than the 7–10 business days at home, so please allow extra time.
Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost because the address was entered incorrectly, I'm not able to cover the replacement. If the mistake is mine, I'll put it right at no charge.
Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated 14 business days after you ordered, email me at hello@linden-lane.com and I'll chase it down.
