Refund policy
30 days from delivery. If a piece doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit, send it back.
To be eligible, the piece must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on. To start a return, email me at hello@linden-lane.com with the name on your order and I’ll send the instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before you hear from me, or I can’t guarantee it’ll be processed.
Once your return arrives back at the studio, I'll process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Sale pieces. Everything in the farewell collection is on sale, and all of it is returnable for a full refund to your original payment method — sale pieces included, no exceptions.
Damaged or wrong item. Please look your order over as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email me right away and I’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Return shipping. If the return is down to an error on my end — a flaw, or the wrong piece — I cover the shipping. For a change of mind or a fit that isn’t right, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges. Most pieces in the studio are one-of-one, so a straight size swap usually isn’t possible. The honest answer: return the piece you have for a full refund and reorder the size you want. If it's sold out, I'll refund you so you can choose something else.
